Welcome to our web site!
The Actor's Workshop was established in 1984 by Director Brian Lawrence. In our 28-year history, we've trained hundreds upon hundreds of men and women, many of whom are working actors in Detroit, New York and Los Angeles.

Performarama: Benefit for Alzheimer's Association a Success
Our show, benefiting the Alzheimer's Association on December 6, 2011, was an artistic and fundraising success. Many thanks go to the gracious Stewart Francke, the lovely ladies of L'Stubbs, Blaine Fowler of WDVD-FM, and the multi-talented Jeff Caponigro, who was instrumental in bringing everyone together for a very worthy cause. Warm thanks also to Kerby's Koney Island for catering the event and to Kris Klima for valuable coordination services. The Uranus Radio Theatre was delighted to be a guest among such a formidable lineup.
